This Friday morning community group has been developed with the aim of introducing non runners to running in a safe, enjoyable & achievable way, as well as helping experienced runners to improve. It is a fun interval session suitable for all levels with advice on running technique, & how to warm up and cool down correctly.

IS THIS FOR ME

The Friday morning group is suitable for non-runners looking to walk/jog, those returning to running, & experienced runners looking to improve. It's friendly & welcoming with a coffee & chat afterwards.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST

£25 for 4 sessions payable in advance / £6.50 pay as you go.
